In this unit, I learnt about the different types of special groups that I may encounter as a teacher such as children and individual clients/students and how I might plan and conduct a lesson with them. The content was very helpful in giving practical tips on how one might better teach children as it helped me to understand even more clearly that children need quite engaging lessons. The section on business English learners was also very helpful in giving practical knowledge on how to teach such a group.
