This unit discusses the roles and responsibilities of both teachers and learners.
There are many ways to describe a good teacher. A good teacher is a person who is kind and lively, responsible and has a good knowledge of the subject. But for me the most important point for a good teacher is to be enthusiastic, love his/her job, be honest with students and motivate them.
While teaching teacher can have many roles within a lesson. They are:
1. Manager or controller.
7. Resource or facilitator.
9. Observer or monitor.
Besides good teachers, there are also good learners who are eager to study, have a desire to ask questions, listen to a new language and experiment with it.
