I liked this unit because it was helpful to see a really closed minded and rigid technique versus a more adaptable and friendly technique. It was helpful to see both positive and negative behaviors exhibited in the videos...I learned as much of what not to do as what to do. These videos are worth saving and I'll watch them more once I am certified and looking for employment. Patience and empathy seem extremely important while teaching ESL.
