In unit 4, I overviewed the four present senses--- the present simple, present continuous, present perfect and present perfect continuous. this unit cover four areas of each sense, that is Form, Usages, Typical student errors and Activate stage teaching ideas. I was impressed by the part of activate stage, for I got some excellent teaching ideas from this unit. For instance, to practice present simple, I could ask students to play the activity of "guess my profession". Two students are paired in a group. a student chooses a profession, while the other can ask some questions about that job. Last but not least, noticing typical students errors /mistakes is also vital during teaching.
