Unit five introduces class management and it’s importance in teaching. I have learned that there are many things that go into proper class management. Things such as gesturing, class room set up and even my position infront of my class will have an effect on my classes. I need to also monitor my talk time in my classes as to not create unnecessary teacher talk time. All of this along with establishing a good rapport and maintaining positive discipline habits will help create a good classroom environment.
