In the last unit of the course, I learned about troubleshooting. Initially, I learned strategies for establishing rapport in the first lessons with the new and existing group. Following, I studied about warmers activities and about how to act in classes with students of different levels. Finally, I have learned several techniques that can be used in large classes and how to act when students want to use their native language, when they are reluctant and when they difficulties with listening texts.
