It was honestly hard to watch the first video. The teacher was very critical, and had no patience or compassion for his students. You could tell how uncomfortable the students were in his classroom. In video two, everyone was much more relaxed. The students felt comfortable in all aspects. I'm very aware that the teaching styling in video one is not acceptable. In video two, he gave great examples of the Engage, Study, and Activate phases.
