This unit focuses on common problems in the classroom. The unit starts with the first lesson and what difficulties might come up. The unit gives different strategies such as establishing a rapport between the teacher and students to find out more about the individuals they will be teaching. Next the unit focuses on the different levels of groups and how to deal with that situation The unit goes on to give different strategies for large classes, reluctant students, and difficulties with listening texts.
