Unit 4 tackles about the form, usages, the typical errors and what are the activities that could be done in the four main types of present tenses. The main types are present simple tense, present continuous, present perfect, and present perfect continuous. Present simple tenses' form is: use the base form of a verb and add 's' to the end of the verb if the subject is singular. It is used for habits, facts, commentaries, directions, headlines, and history. Second is the present continuous, which is used to talk about an action that is in progress at the time of speaking, actions happened frequently and developing situations. The form of the tense is auxiliary verb to be (am/is/are) add verb plus 'ing'. Third is the present perfect that relates the past to the present. The form of this tense is subject and add auxiliary verb 'have' if positive and 'haven't' if negative and add past participle. Fourth is the present perfect continuous that is used for actions in the present and may continue in the future. The form of this tense is subject add auxiliary verb 'have' or 'haven't' add been and verb+ing.
