In this unit i have learned that there are few qualities a good teacher must have but being capable of motivating learners is the most important.Afrer all the efficiency of a teacher is not tested by how knowledgeable they are, rather, on how they may effectively teach and impart those knowledge to their respective students.There are different kind of learners and levels and each kind has different needs to be motivated. As of the learners they should also be well motivated to be able to succeed on there goal of learning.
