In this unit I learnt that it is important to incorporate all four skills into a lesson. I also learnt that we read things differently and for different reasons. Before the lesson it is important to decide on what I would like them to do and why. Also, what do they already know and do I need to pre-teach. In preparing materials and instructions I must choose a topic that interests and motivates the students, therefore, it is important to get to know them.
