As we know that general attitude & positive approach of teachers is very important to motivate the learners.Also it is necessary to create a friendly &
relaxed atmosphere in the class.The first lesson was totally contrasting & teacher was arrogant & failed to involve all the students equally.
Students looked really confused & bewildered due to weird behaviour of the teacher.Activate stage was also mismanaged.
On the other hand,the teacher in the second lesson started the class with an ice breaking activity & created a friendly environment in the class.
Engage phase of the lesson was interesting & enhancing level of participation .Teacher looked calm & pleasant & gave enough time to analyse
understand the concept.Boardwork was clear & precise & vocabulary was intelligible for students. Students interaction was ensured by the pair work.
Feedback & peer correction before teacher was also done in a balanced manner.
