The final unit describes some of the common problems that are encountered in a teaching environment and the possible ways to deal with them. Possible problems or challenges in the classroom are preparing for first lessons, using appropriate warmers to inspire and motivate the students, dealing with students at varying study levels, dealing with large classes to create successful lessons, reduced use of students' native languages and at the same time encouraging frequent use of the English Language. I also learnt successful ways to deal with reluctant students and the difficulties in the listening texts. All in all the 20 units have been very helpful in advancing my teaching skills.
