After studying and understanding this unit, I was able to give myself more correct or appropriate ways in terms of classroom management. The proper use of voice, eye contact,behavioral discipline and also on how to give instructions in class and as well as the proper way to use students names. But of course, a teacher must always consider the nature, culture and attitude of the learners in making his/her classroom management effective.
