In the first video, the teacher was not so prepared for his lesson and it showed. The students were not very engaged, the teacher was rushed and his lessons did not make much sense. In the second lesson, you could see how a prepared teacher first warms up his students, then gets his students doing fun activities where they can speak both to the teacher and to each other. The videos showed that a good teacher should be kind, have a slow and clear voice, clearly explain directions, teach at a moderate pace, be flexible with their lesson plan, and be well-prepared for their lesson. This will also help the students do well and learn the material.
