This unit covers conditionals and reported speech. It's basically a reaction to a hypothetical action by using if or when, and these could refer to the past, present, or future. There are five main conditions, zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, third conditional, mixed conditional. This could be a fun discussion with older students because you can ask hypothetical questions that we require analytical thinking, for example, would you be willing to murder an innocent person if it would end world hunger?
