I was introduced to practical ways of teaching Vocabulary, Grammar and Functions. When the language is effectively introduced to the student, it is balanced and manageable and quite beautiful. This will involve exposing students to the language, students understanding the meaning and construction of the language and most importantly producing and practising it. On the part of the teacher, this will involve adopting the right ESA method ( 'straight arrow', boomerang and patchwork ) to maximize the learning experience.
