In this unit, I learned that the teacher has vital roles in teaching the students. In order to impart knowledge to the students, the teacher has to apply all the skills, that she learned. I also learned that a good teacher should possess good qualities like; kindness, patience, love for teaching, ability to motivate learners, lively and entertaining, able to establish rapport, able to correct students, able to know students'weaknesses. On the other hand, students should also have willingness to listen to the language, willingness to ask questions, ability to think about their own learning process and methods, acceptance of error correction, willingness to desire.
