This unit has been very helpful to me. It introduced me to the qualities of a good teacher and a not so good teacher. I have come to know that being classified as a great teacher isn't just about your intrinsic qualities as a person but also how those qualities manifest in the overall qualities of your student. Again, i got a diverse picture of happenings in a classroom and how a good learning environment should be. I conclusively believe that no matter how terrible a learner could be, a good teacher will manage to find a common interest to encourage learning, even if it will require a lot of time and effort.
