Class management skills are extremely important. To me, I find the part which analyzes the pros and cons of having a close rapport with students give me some insights. Basically, I know that having a good relationship can be a tool for teacher to instruct the lesson in an more effective way. However, after reading this chapter, I think the mutual trust between teachers and students can be a great tool in keeping the discipline of the class. That really helps.
