The Unit is dedicated to the use of equipment and teaching aids in order to make the lesson more efficient. There are a lot of facilities available nowadays, such as interactive whiteboards, overhead projectors, CD players, videos and DVDs, which motivate students to participate in the lessons more actively. There are also more traditional aids, such as worksheets, course books, flashcards, which are still used very frequently. On the other hand, the Unit makes us aware of possible difficulties a teacher may face at the lesson if they have never experienced the use of the facilities before.
