These videos were able to give me a visual of actual lessons in EFL. Being able to take what I have learned from the units thus far and immediately see what the teacher in video one was doing wrong was refreshing. I could see that he was being rude and didn't explain or prompt the students very well. The activities were confusing and not successful because proper examples were not given. The lesson didn't flow together well. He looked unprepared and was rushing through instead of being available for the students and checking in on them during the study phase. The teacher in video two was more organized and corrected the students only during the study and activate phases, saving any mistakes found during the engage phase for a later time in the lesson.
