I find this lesson on classroom management to be very useful. I have learnt that contrary to popular beliefs, a teacher doesn't have to be an extrovert to be very efficient nor any particular human character per se but rather a good combination of organisation, having relaxed and friendly manner and discipline will go a long way to enhance the learning environment. Good management skills and practices on using eye contact, gestures and the voice, grouping and classroom management, teacher and student talking time, writing on the board,ways of giving individual attentions and instructions in class, building rapport and maintaining discipline were discussed.
