This unit has helped me understood the value of having the proper attitude in teaching. The flexibility of a teacher to employ different roles in a class may dramatically affect the motivation of the students. Suiting the lessons to the students and knowing how to encourage them to use the language will surely make the learning interesting. For a teacher, i think, there is no other gratifying feeling than seeing his or her students use what they have learned with confidence.
