This unit was somewhat challenging, or I could imagine it being so for non-English speaking students. The important note here is to keep track of the varying conditions. The zero conditional refers to actions and facts that are irrefutable. The first conditional talks about a real situation that is possible. The second condition presents a future hypothetical that is unlikely to ever be true. The third refers to a hypothetical past, and the mixed refers to a hypothetical past with a present consequence.
