So far unit 3 has been the most exciting and provided me with a lot of new knowledge. I have a better understanding of how to use ESA to build a lesson plan. A teacher must use different methodologies to engage their students with different types of lessons as to not become boring or predictable. I never found just translating words from English to a language I was learning help with my ability to speak to others. Having a more solid understanding of straightarrow and boomerang style lessons gives me more confidence to apply these techniques. I was also unaware that there was a distinctive difference between error and mistake and when to correct them.
