I had learnt great amount of knowledge in this teaching unit. I believe it is crucial for teachers to motivate and encourage students in every aspect of the learning process. Teachers can be managers to give explanations and also guide them through difficult questions. The position of an organizer is also crucial for students to allocate effective activities for students to learn about specific learning target. Likewise for an assessor, a prompter, a participant, a tutor, a facilitator, a model, and an observer. I would love to dedicate all my time to complete this wonderful field.
