Classroom management is probably the most important skill to master in ESL teaching as this could determine the success or failure of the lesson. I have learned from this unit the significance of good manners and proper execution of different skills pertaining to managing the classroom where the teacher may assert or relax dominance. The teachers should not act as tyrants and should never be pretentious but rather realistic and firm when it comes implementing rules relating to good manners and right conduct of every member of the class so as to ensure success in the learning process.
