The relationship between learners and teachers is a very important and complex situation. An enthusiastic, sensitive, motivated and caring teacher will have more success in his/her career with their present/future students in becoming successful; more than a teacher who is the opposite of that nature and doesn't know how to react his students apparent issues they may have at the time. For instance, if a teacher only talks majority of his/her class time throughout their lesson and the students doesn't get a chance to ask questions or address their concerns at the time, they will lose motivation and get discourage from learning at that given time of the lesson.
