The grammar sections in this book are extremely useful. As a native speaker I have a hard time remembering the reason behind certain tenses. Past perfect continuous is something that i rarely hear or use, so reviewing the usage and purpose will help tremendously for my current job. My students are all adults, so their grammar mistake are ingrained in them, so knowing the reasons can help me explain what they're doing wrong and why it is wrong when using past tense.
