This unit covered teaching English as a foreign language to various groups and individuals. It focused on how to adapt teaching lessons to suit the needs of students, based on their age, group size, and purpose for taking the course. I think this section was quite practical as it zeroed in on the specific actions that teachers can take to be more effective. I do think certain technical aspects of this section need updating. Such as a smartphone can easily replace a tape recorder.
