In this lesson, I have learned the different roles a teacher plays in the classes. I have a clearer view of how to vary my role as a teacher in order to keep the class encouraged and motivated. This unit also reinforced my belief in the sensitivity to students - sensitivity to each students' learning style, language needs, and confidence, as well as to what activities work in each class as a whole. I also now have a better understanding of the different ability levels - how each level is defined and the pros/cons of each level. This allows me to be more aware of possible obstacles or issues I may come across in my classes, so that I can be prepared to address/correct them if they occur.
