In this unit, I learned the importance of structure when it involves planning and managing classroom lessons. I discovered that it is not only important to keep both the teacher and the students on the right track, but it can also be a useful guide for knowing when and where to improve, as well as being a guide for any unforeseen events such as someone else needing to lead the class. It emphasized the importance for both teacher and students.
