In this unit I reviewed the four past tenses: past simple (used for completed action in the past), past continuous (used to describe an action in progress at given moment in the past), past perfect (used to describe actions that were done before another action in the past) and past perfect continuous (used to describe an action that started before another action in the past and still was in progress by the time that another action took place). Also I learned what error the students could make using the past tenses and several examples of assignments that could be provided for students of different levels.
