These videos clearly demonstrated the difference between poor teaching techniques (in the second video) and acceptable ones. In the first video, the teacher is clearly unprepared, rude, and does not explain the lessons properly, with a clear structure. In the second video, the teacher shows greater respect for the students and explains lessons clearly. Personally, I think he could have still have done a better job of outlining the goal of the lesson at the beginning for clarity.
