This lesson is all about Classroom Management which gives ideas to a teacher like me on how to improve my skill in organizing and managing my class, how to approach my students in a friendly way while maintaining proper discipline at the same time. I learned that being a funny or extrovert teacher is not enough to be an effective teacher but I also need to be strict and follow the rules of the classroom. As a teacher, I learned how to help my students to express themselves by giving them individual works, pair works and group works. I also learned to choose activities that encourage over-all participation. As a teacher I learned how to do eye contacts, do gestures, learn when to lower or louder my voice and call my student's by their names. I think all of these are very important in making an interactive classroom.
