In this unit focus was on how a classroom should be managed. After reading the unit I understood the importance of the careful consideration of a teacher before making decisions regarding class arrangement and maintaining discipline. I also realised that the teacher should always be sensitive when dealing with students, to ensure that they understand what is being taught and that they feel comfortable in the environment they are in.
