The unit has been helpful.It has taught me to revise my management skills and made me realised that there is no fixed way to manage a class therefore as a teacher you need to be pro-active, circumspect, in every action you do. So, I learnt that a teacher needs to study the circumstances of the environment and devise ways to deal with things that might hinder teaching effectively . I learnt that the teacher needs to be firm but also polite. I appreciate the ideas about maintaining discipline as they will help me in class.
