Nowadays, communication between humans become extremely complex and an ever-changing situation, but there are some generalizations that we can do about the majority of communicative events and these will have particular importance for the learning and teaching of languages. The ultimate goal of language is communication and the aim of speaking  a language is to promote communicative efficiency. Among of the four skills, speaking seems intuitively to be the most important. According to Ur (2006: p. 120) people who know a language are referred to as ‘speakers’ of that language, as if speaking included all the kinds of knowing; and many, if not most, foreign language learners are primarily interested in learning to speak. People engage in conversation for good reasons: They want to say something They want to listen something They have a communicative purposes; and They are interested in what is being said Some research and practice shows that any communicative activities are the best key point to make or let our students speak. So if we are going to think about, it is not easy to have our learners involved in communication process and if it is not manage properly, the result is not good, it is ineffective. The learners must use language in a good way to achieve the objective because this objective is the most important in the communication. The speakers must have an infinite capacity to create new and different sentences and to achieve that they should select any language they think is suitable. There are some helpful tips below on how to make our students speak more effectively an these are the following: 1. Teach specific strategies to facilitate their efforts to speak effectively. 2. Work on pronunciation, but do not demand a native-speaker pronunciation 3. The primary emphasis on pronunciation is on stress and intonation. 4. Avoid topics they are not familiar with in their mother tongue 5. Give them time 6. Monitor properly 7. Be sensitive when correcting oral mistakes and point out good correct spoken language and praise them. 8. Pre-teach vocabulary : elicit possible words, predict ( KEL – know, expect, learn) and check meaning and understanding of vocabulary. Teachers can use many activities to help the students. It includes games, pair work, careful planning, change the classroom dynamics and many more. The teacher's presence in the classroom is very important in order to help the students develop their speaking and writing skills. This really needs guidance and help to help the students learn more.
