This unit gave useful ideas and tips on how to deal with difficult situations in the class. Establishing rapport is the focus of the very first class. Working in pairs and using role-play can help shy students. The use of the native tongue of the students should be limited as much as possible. Choosing several "helpers" when teaching large classes can make things quicker. Those were the tips that I found most interesting.
