Tense system is really important in learning English language and it is probably easy to make errors for the non native speakers. There are four present tenses such as present simple, present continuous, present perfect, present perfect continuous. What kind of tenses that would be used does depend on the circumstances, time frames and situation. For instance, these tenses do describe the rough or exact time frame when the action in the sentence is being executed.
