This unit describes the how to establish rapport with the students, especially in the introduction stage, and this unit also explains the common problems we would face as teachers. I learned that grammar work and activities should not be forced upon the students when initially meeting them; rather, we should establish rapport because ultimately, this is one of the factors that will determine the attitude of the classroom.
I enjoyed taking this ITTT course, and I feel more confident and a bit more prepared to teach and ESL/EFL class.
