In this unit, I have learnt about the most common problem situations that teachers may encounter in the classroom during the first lessons, proposed activities for the first lesson, warmers ideas, number of ways to deal with a class with varying levels, techniques that can be used to handle large classes, things that the teacher can do to ensure the students are not using their native languages, ideas to encourage reluctant students to speak as well as how to handle difficulties with listening texts.
