This unit introduces skills of organizing and managing the class. I found the section on maintaining discipline extremely helpful. I have a class with over ten elementary-school kids, and I sometimes encounter discipline problem, as well as kids with problem behaviors. This section helps me understand the issues, and how to address such issues. I also learned how to enhance my instruction by using visual aids and varying my voice. These are all very useful tips.
