This unit was helpful in that it helped me understand the present tense unit better. I found the unit on present tenses to be very difficult, because I did not have much context or experience with grammar. However, seeing those concepts reviewed in this unit help them make sense, and I know better understand the meanings of things like "perfect," "continuous," and "perfect continuous." This gives me some ideas as to how best explain these concepts to my future students.
