Planning a lesson is more like a programming a software.
it's must be logical, flexible and reviewable.
I have my own style of planning sheet, which contains more than the demo sheet, for example, I have methods, lesson goals level(easy, middle, hard) etc.
I think the lesson goals level can help a teacher to see how well a student grows, if he/she works hard, then the hard goal can be accomplished, if not then the teacher must evaluate how well the student is.
