In this unit i have learnt some information about class management. it is very important for a teach to know what should they pay attention when organising a class. it is not only teaching something but also need to think about how to make the class more effient. let the kids involve and do well in the class. and speak as much English as they can.the teach should reduce the teacher center time. how to make the kids have good behavor in the class.depite learning so much. still meed to try out in the real teaching.
