In my opinion, both authentic and created materials are important. I usually used authentic materials to enrich my knowledge about English and indeed I gain more confident afterwards. However, in some way, I often feel that authentic materials such as course books are boring. Therefore, I supply myself with created materials which provide many interesting activities for students and I can adopt or use it for my teaching.
