The content is helpful because it provides basic but important information for effective teaching and learning. I learnt that a teacher should focus more on helping students to learn. She can do this by observing students to find out their levels, interests and other factors that might hinder them from learning effectively. By so doing, the teacher would be able to cater for students as per their learning needs. Again teacher needs to be versatile, to be able to switch roles decisively in order to help students learn. Lastly, I learnt that a teacher needs to encourage and motivate students to learn as some may not have interest.
