The unit is about two ESA demonstration videos. The same lesson was taught twice to the same group of students. The teacher in the first video has made some basic mistakes while the second one is being taught effectively.In the first video, students felt confused and intimidated by the teacher The teacher's instruction and demonstration was not clear and the teacher is impatient. So the students are unable to study effectively. In the second video, the teacher built the good rapport with the students by the warm self introduction and asking each student's name. The students were interested and studied effectively.
